Is it normal to have cramps after....
an internal. I went yesterday and had my first internal exam & Strep B test. Today I feel a bit crampy below. Just very light cramps twinges.
Should I be worried. I'm going onto 36 weeks.
Last week I had abdominal cramps (one night) & this week I've had back pain (on the subway).
Please help...I'm starting to get worried.Thanks

Totally normal...I even had some spotting for a few days following my internal.

I had severe cramping and spotting for about 2 days! I had never had a pain before that time. My doctor told me that is was normal.
