LO is so high still that taking a deep breath literally hurts my lungs. Often I have discomfort around my ribcage, too. I think it's normal as they get bigger b/c we're running out of room for the LOs...damn internal organs! Chat Icon

I think it's normal. My dr told me that when you further along and the flip it will hurt bad. She said you would know.

As for the hip hurting, everything hurts when this kid moves. I feel pain in all sorts of places

Yep - unfortunately. If you watch those videos that show how your organs get moved around while the baby grows, it definitely explains the pain we experience!

I will get pains on my right side depending on what he's doing in there... He has also been head down so I think he has decided to cram his foot into my lungs or whatever organs are still in place around there...

Yup. DS was a mover and shaker. He would hurt me daily.

I guess it should have prepared me for his craziness on the outside. He hasn't stopped moving since he came out!!!!

Re: Is it normal

Ask Cate about how much of a pain in the ass Lulu was at the end. She was in so much pain from her. But we still love little Lu.

The baby is postitioned low, so when she moves or kicks I feel it in my vaj, and that hurts. It's not a sharp pain but it does make me jumpvand take note.
