if I didn't take a prenatal vitamin for one day?
I forgot to pick them up from CVS today

I forgot to take one the other night. I woke up feeling gulity, but there was no way I was going to take it in the morning. I think one day should be fine.

I know girls who never took prenatals a day in their pregnancies, and still they have beautiful, healthy babies. So I wouldn't worry

I have a bad habit of forgetting to fill my prescription, so I usually miss 1-3 days at the end of each month. It's no biggie.

That is so funny that you posted this because I ran out of prenantal vitamins yesterday and I didn't take one. I just got back from CVS and got them.
