You're better off having RediWhip. It's real cream and has none of the artifical stuff that Cool Whip has in it. Plus I *think* RediWhip is less calories, and might be 0 points. I could be wrong though.

yeah, what the other poster said. 
whipped cream can range from 25-5 calories per serving depending on if you get regular, extra creamy, fat free, etc. and cool whip is full of crap chemicals (literally made from oils like the commercial says). i'd rather eat a few extra calories but eat real food.
