are you talking about velour sweat outfits from express or ny & co??
I went to school in MD and have an entire group of friends down there and yes, they wear them. Who doesn't want to be comfy and yet look cute while grocery shopping on a saturday!
If you are debating a christmas present, I say go for it.

Oh, I see your question now. I'm skewed because I work at UMD, so I mainly see girls in UMD sweats. But they have these adorable sweats from Victoria's Secret Pink that has the Terp on them! I love those!!
