Is anyone here knowledgable about Accesory Apt Permits???
We have a renewal coming up and it's becoming a nightmare and I need advice. Does anyone know anything about the Town of Brookhaven and the permits for Accessory Apts? Thanks!

Re: Is anyone here knowledgable about Accesory Apt Permits???
My DH may be able to help. We have a legal apartment in our house in Brookhaven. But I think it is listed as a 2-family rather than accessory apartment... not totally sure since DH handles this. We recently renewed the permit (last year), we had an inspection and a few things to update (fire alarm and something else). FM me if you think we could help!
