Is anyone having problems using a bundle me with their city mini?

Is anyone having problems using a bundle me with their city mini?
Our bundle me keeps sliding down and it's a PITA to buckle DS in through the bundle me. Not sure if we are not using the bundle me properly.
Anyone else have a problem using the bundle me with the city mini?

It's a PIA because the top of the bundle me is supposed to go over the top of the stroller seat, and since the city mini has that mesh up on the top of the seat, the bundle me doesn't really go over the seat, so it's just kinda laying on top.
Total PIA. I find that using it is ok, but once I close the stroller, it messes it up and I have to place it again correctly when I open it.

OK so I am not going crazy. I wasn't sure where that rubber band thing of the bundle me was supposed to go. It seemed fine last year (when DS was less than 1yo old). We just started using the bundle me last week and I was thinking we forgot how to use it properly.

Haha, no you're not going crazy. What I end up doing is turning that elastic part to face forward instead and then let that act like a little "hood" for DS when he's in the city mini
