Is anyone else having trouble with the Image Resizer?
I tried to resize some pictures to post, but I'm not getting the emails back with the resized images. Is anyone else having this problem?

Always, which is why I never use it anymore.
I upload to my photo album & then use the Insert Web Images using the properties of the photos.

Paint is included in Windows, so if I have to do one or two resizes, I just use that. If I want to resize a lot of photos, I use PixResizer
I've been using that tool for years. Does an entire folder at one shot.

Image->Stretch/Skew
It takes some experimenting, but you can do 50% (make sure Horizontal and Vertical are same %). I usually do around 25%, and then tweak from there. I have a 6MP camera, so that % works for my photos.

You have to get the file size under 60k, so it may take several times to resize it small enough. Scale to 50%, save it, and see how big it is. Scale it down another 10-50%, depending on how far you need to go. Save after each resize (make sure you aren't resizing the original). When it gets close to 60k, you may want to start going by 1-5%.

I did this and reduced it to 20%. It was under 60K and it is still coming up too large...
