Is any one else miserable
I am 35 weeks with twins and I have to say I am so uncomfortable that I want to cry. I can not sleep, lie down, sit, or stand without something hurting me.....I am not experiencing any cramping so I assume I am not in labor I just dont know how much more I can take of this and I know there is nothing I can do about it....
Any advice would be appreciated..

Re: Is any one else miserable
I go through weeks like that! Last week I was so miserable, I just wanted the pregnancy to be over! My doctor recommended a pregnancy support belt, and I have to admit - I am feeling much better this week.
Hang in there!!!

Re: Is any one else miserable
Hi there! I am 34 weeks with twins! I am feeling okay, although my thighs feel like I was riding a horse for days!
I am lucky to be a good sleeper, so that hasn't really been a problem for me! I also find that resting on the couch helps because of the backing and lying on my side helps as well!
I just try to be positive and thankful that at least I wasn't put on bed rest!

Re: Is any one else miserable
I'm sorry I'm almost 34 weeks and I too am very uncomfortable. I did get a back support and I guess it helped a little. I am fatigued and my food or drinks never seem to go down anymore. Hang in there-we're almost there!

I'm not as far along as you (I'm 28 weeks) but I have had days where I am very uncomfortable and nights where no matter what position I am in, I can't sleep. Sometimes my joints hurt too.

Re: Is any one else miserable
I am sorry. I am almost 36 weeks I am uncomfortable. Just turning around in bed is a challenge these days. When I turn around in bed or get up after lying down for awhile it kills me down there. At this point I am getting up at least 3 times during the night to go to the bathroom. I am also getting these bad headaches on and off.
The good news is we are almost there. Hang in there.

Re: Is any one else miserable
i am with you - MISERABLE at 33 weeks and only carrying one baby!!
first of all, i'm still having contractions every couple minutes, and even the one that don't hurt are uncomfortable.
if the baby is on my left side, he makes me nauseous, and i also get referred pain to my left shoulder.
if he's on my right side, i get awful rib pain that refers to my back.
if he's way down low then i get horrible hip and groin pain.
bottom line - i can't win, all positions are bad, i just feel miserable

Miserable here too. 38 weeks with only 1 baby, so I cannot imagine how you feel. But you are not alone in your misery.

Re: Is any one else miserable
I'm not miserable anymore, but I can totally relate to how you all are feeling, I've been there.
The only thing I can tell you is that it will be over soon and you probably won't even remember the discomfort you are feeling once you see that little bundle of joy!!
Hang in there!!

Re: Is any one else miserable
Yes I am miserable today. My lower back has been killing me for a couple of days. It is to the point that I feel like crying. I can't seem to get comfy and I can't imagine feeling like this for 5 more weeks.

Re: Is any one else miserable
I'm so sorry to hear about how you are feeling. I started feeling that same way about 2 weeks ago. I've tried everything that I can think of,nothing has helped. I'm going to have my husband give me a really good massage tonight in hope that that will help. I'll let you know if it works. I just wish you all the best. You are almost there, soon you will have two beautiful babies.Congrats.
