Is a play kitchen for a 4 yr. old boy a "baby" gift?

DS's birthday is tomorrow and I was thinking about buying him a play kitchen as part of his gift. He likes playing with the play kitchen at school and our friends house. They have boyish looking ones which keeps DH happy Chat Icon But I dont know if it's too babyish for a 4 yr. old? Should I buy it now or wait until September when DS2 turns 2 and get it for his gift?

DS is 3 1/2 and he rarely plays with DD (18 months) play kitchen. DD received it for her first birthday. He played with it for a little when it was new and now he plays with it less than once a month.

ETA: For DSs second birthday we got him a grill and he loved playing with that. At this point he really just wants to help in the kitchen. I would get him cooking classes over a kitchen at age 4.

I regret not getting DS one earlier bc its his fave toy at school and anywhere else we go but I think I'm going to hold off and make it a present for DD and he can play with it.

I go it! We already have the little tikes grill and he loves it. I am sure he and Derek will play with it and get bored by next month like they do EVERY other toy Chat Icon
