Is 9am-9:30am still rush hour on Cross Island Pkwy?
If I'd be getting on the Cross Island Pkwy @9am this Fri going from Southern State up to Northern Blvd, is it likely to still be heavy traffic/rush hour or does it start to clear by then? (if no accidents, etc)

there's usually still traffic at that time but traffic is light in general this week due to a lot of ppl taking vacation. And I'd imagine many will take Friday off as well. HTH!

It's still busy but many people will take time off Thursday/Friday this week.
