Is 6 weeks to early to send out an invite?
I want to send them out now but that's crazy....right?
Party is mid-July...
Is early June ok?

when I was planning DD's 1st I sent out an evite early (like 6 weeks)so I can get an idea of a count and kids ( did personalized favors) later I sent out actual invitations

Hmm....it would be a good idea but I already sent a save the date email to my friends LOL
They'll really think I'm nuts if I send an evite too THEN an invitation LOL 
I guess I should say, if you got an invite 6 weeks early, would you think its weird?

I just sent out DD's birthday invites today and her party is July 3rd. 6 weeks seems perfect for a holiday weekend, but for a normal weekend you might want wait until 5 weeks before.

We got an invite for a birthday party over 3 weeks ago, and the party is on July 2nd. Granted, it's a holiday weekend, but still super early. So, do whatever works for you!

My party is end of July and I am sending it out the week of June 6...people have vacations and lots of event in the summer so I want to get it out as early as possible.
