Irish Soda Bread
I am 0% Irish but I just tried some soda bread - I have no idea what's in it, but it ain't half bad!
Oh, and not to be outdone, today the Italians are celerating the 150th Anniversary of the unification of Italy.

Must say I am a good soda bread maker Mine is more like cake. Got the recipe from DH's family and I don't add the raisins...hate raisins.

I love Irish soda bread.
My manager's wife made a great loaf and he brought it in. I ate half of it already (or I feel like I did  ).
