or are they always that same price no matter which store you go to?

I bought mine at Apple b/c the money you might save is not much, if anything, and then I was able to speak to an Apple salesperson who knew SO much info on the Ipod itself and helped me find which one I wanted and which one would work for me the best... for my needs.
Also, my ear thingys broke a few months after I got it... So I went back and they gave me a new set, no questions asked which was nice.
