If you dont mind answering...
How much do you pay monthly (approx) and what kind of plan do you have?
I'm considering switching from my tmobile sidekick. I'm paying about $75 month now, but it seems like the iphone is an additional $25 per month. Not sure if it's worth it .
Thanks!

Re: iPhone Users
Yup... probably will spend about $100-110 with a basic text messaging plan.

Re: iPhone Users
I pay around $80 with extra text messaging but that's because I'm a DOE employee and I get 20% off.

I think I have the $69 plan....
FWIW: Apple is coming out with a new iPhone in a few months. In two weeks we should know for sure...

Re: iPhone Users
We have a family plan with AT&T. For the iPhone and a regular cell line, and increased text message/download plan for the iPhone, we pay $125/mo

How do you do that? Everyplace I go to tells me I need some kind of reference #?
Anyway, I pay 117 and that's with a HUGE texting bundle and 900 minutes.

I actually think I might get 10 or 20% off my monthly bill if I switch to ATT. They give a discount to employees of certain companies. I believe all you have to do is go to an ATT store with your work id or pay stub.

Re: iPhone Users
DH pays about $90 for his- thats for the data package and he added a 200 texts plan. He gets a discount because he works for the goverment... I just got my own Iphone, and i'm guessing its gonna cost about $40 for mine... $10 for the extra line, and then like $30 for the Iphone data package. Its worth it though LOL it does so many things, and is really useful!

Re: iPhone Users
DH gets a government discount, and pays $84 per month, that includes the data plan and unlimited texting.
ETA: I do not know how many minutes are included.

For AT&T I think I had to email them from my DOE email address.
