ipad parental controls?

are there such a thing as parental controls on an ipad?

As a reward for things, my husband will let my son play his ipad. However he hates that sometimes my son moves around his icons/apps.

Is there any way to have maybe another user? like you can on a computer. Something where it can only show kid friendly apps for him to play with and not mess up any of my husbands stuff?

im wondering this too. DD loves my iphone but its so annoying when she makes phone calls or hits the home button 10000 times
