Invisilign
Those who have had it:
What did you do about snacking/etc?
Dh just got it, and he's having a hard time. We're both snackers-we eat small amounts pretty continuously throughout the day.
The issue at work is that he can't always brush his teeth if he takes the invisilign out to eat something.
While it's only been 3 days and I know there's an adjustment period, he has another 28 weeks, so he needs to figure out a way to work through this.

Re: Invisilign
I had it for 8 months and it was a pain during those times. I basically snacked less because of it and times I couldn't brush my teeth I just made sure I was drinking water and I swished it around inside my mouth before drinking. But it is important to wear it as much as possible I was always popping it in and out
