Introducing Myself
I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been reading through many of your posts the last couple of months and last month we decided to go for it and I have to say we were really lucky that all it took was one week in Disney and here we are. I just have some questions if you wouldnt mind.
1. Migraine Headaces - Who those who get them what are you OTC drugs are you taking to relieve them?
2. Contacts - Over the past week or two I am noticing that they are a little out of wack. Has anyone elsed experienced this at all.

I have been getting bad headaches pretty much every day...my doctor said it was normal due to the increased blood volume. He gave me a prescription but I am not using that, I take extra strength tylenol when I need it

congrats!!!
when i get them i only take 1 Tylenol and try to fight it out (which can be hard of course). but i'm afraid of taking anything while preggo. if you need something strong i would ask the dr what is safe.

Congrats all the best!
I think migrianes are commons although I didn't get them much. I know you can experience dry eyes, wich I have, so maybe thats whay your contacts feel strange??

Congrats
I didn't take anything for my headaches or when I was sick. The only medicine that I have taken was Pepto Bismal because one day I really needed it.
I haven't noticed anything different with my contacts.

Congratulations! I don't wear contacts anymore (had Lasik surgery) but my eye doctor did say that your eyes change during pregnancy and I also read somewhere that your contacts may not fit the same once you are pregnant. I would go to your eye doctor if you can. Good luck!

Congrats!! When I get migraines I take extra strength Tylenol and this weird product called Head On- its a stick you rub on your forehead. I know it sounds crazy but it really did help me.

I have been getting terrible headaches. I really dont take anything. I put an ice pack on my head and try to go to sleep. I also noticed that my eyes have gotten a little worse since I got pregnant. I think I may need a stronger prescription.

Welcome & Congrats!
I haven't really had any issues with headaches during this pregnancy , which is surprising since I suffered from severe migraines, pre-preganancy. On the occassion I did get a headache, though, I basically "rode it out" .. the head on stuff someone mentioned actually does help a bit!
As for my contact leneses, I have been able to wear them, no problem - but I have read that some people do develop a sensitivity towards them during pregnancy, so it does not sound uncommon at all

I get migraines and I was told to take Tylenol. However, if it really becomes a problem, they can give you a prescription.
