I've been asked alot about differentiated (sp?) instruction.
I also have gotten asked (more than once) what I see as my strengths and weaknesses.
Behavior manegement plans/systems.
Sorry, I can't remember what I answered for anything! Every interview is so nerve-wracking its a blur!

I sat on a C30 committee (I think that was the term) to interview Asst Principal positions for my son's school. We were most impressed with the candidates who came into the interview knowing a lot about our school such as scores, etc.
