That's interesting- my brother and SIL are in a similar position. Their house has doubled since they bought it, but where would they go? They are adding on instead.
That guy at the end of the article said 1,600 square feet is tight for his family of four. Our house is the same size; I hope we don't find that to be the case when we have kids.
