Interest rates

should I lock in? Doesnt seem like they are going anywhere? What do you think

I'd shoot for 4.00% fixed 30 years no points. If you can get that then i would probably lock.

They may go down more... but they can also go up. Not by much but they can easily jump to 4.25%.

I guess it depends on what your risk tolerance is.

I got a 3.125% 15 yr, I think I am going to lock. I asked the bank and it went down last week from 3.25% so I dont anticipate it going down anymore. thanks!!

Wow is that so low b/c its a 15 year? Im looking for a 30 year. They told me 4.25?

Yes, you can get a much better rate if you are willing to do 15 years, but that is going to be a higher payment each month.
