Insurance: what should we look for?
Last on our list in order to close next week is homeowner's insurance. We received a few quotes, and they vary markedly in cost.
This is our first home, so neither of us know what we should ensure is included in the policy.
Any tips are greatly appreciated.

Insurance: what should we look for?
The most important coverages are Dwelling Replacement Cost, Personaly Property Replacement Cost, and Water Backup. The policy should also have ID Fraud. Feel free to email me with any questions.
