It's a rotating hot iron basically. But the one on QVC is ceramic. It turned my hair from crazy curly to straight in minutes and it's not FLAT straight like Avril Lavigne straight.

My co-worker uses this & her hair looks fabulous! She has thick curly hair & when she first started wearing it straight, I thought she got the Brazilian straightening done, b/c it was perfectly straight but not flat & I knew she wasn't getting salon blowouts every morning!

That's great to hear!! I don't have horribly curly hair....but it's so thick and annoying to straighten....but I LOVE how it looks when it's all straight!

It just came in the mail today, so I had to try it out as soon as I got home!! I love it! Very easy to use, very fast...and my hair looks great!
I even used it on my daughter's hair and it was perfect!

Yay! I am glad it worked for you. It really seems like one of those too good to be true tv things, so I was hoping it wasn't just the one person I knew who found it easy to use. I kind of want one, but my hair is straight & pretty easy to blow out. It just looks like fun!
