I was about a month ago... it was horrible... maybe 3-4 hours a night.

Oh yes, for the past 2 weeks I can't sleep like a used to. And not because I'm uncomfortable. I just wake up and I can't go back to sleep. I stay awake for hours!!! It's making me a very cranky and emotional person!!

Oh goodness it has gotten soooo bad for me too!! I sleep for 20-45 minutes at a time and when I wake up I feel as if I had slept for hours!! I cannot remember the last time I slept for more than 1 hour straight!!
