Insomnia in 2nd trimester...about to lose my mind!
Anyone else experience this? I read that it's totally normal at this time...I'm 16 weeks. Been experiencing insomnia for the last few weeks and am about to lose it. Wake up like clockwork at 3:30am every night and just lay there unable to fall back to sleep.
Anyone have any tips or tricks on how to deal with this? Any tips on how to fall back to sleep?

I can't help b/c i'm 30 weeks and have not been able to sleep since the beginning 
 I hope it gets better for you!!

I've had this since I first got pregnant and I'm still in my first trimester!~
So I'm assuming there's no end in sight then.

i had the same problem it did go away tho and now came back again.. i just put the tv on and eventually it puts me back to sleep.. hope it gets better for you fast
