Insomnia...
any one elses sleeping habits all messed up?
I either cant sleep at all or then Im up every 1/2 hour..(not bathroom related)..Or then Im passed out cold for hours during the day...UGH...

Me-I have been suffering from the worst case of insomnia from all the meds I am on. I havent slept for almost 10 days. My doc has me on Benadryl every 4 hrs so I am forced to sleep. It makes me drowsy but still cant sleep.grrr

In the beginning I was up all night long tossing and turning. Now I wake up to pee alot - but I really try my best to have a blank mind and go right back to bed. On some nights I stay up but for the most part I am able to go back to sleep.
I think that our nights of sleeping all the way through are over from here on out!

aughh i am so having sleep issues too, i can fall alseep no problem but i am waking in the middle of the night for no reason and the cant fall back asleep ALL NIGHT! i just lie in bed. last night i went to bed at 1030, woke up at 1230 and finally feel back a sleep at 530!! and i had to get up at 7 30 so i got 4 hours sleep, its terrible

Exact same thing happened to me last night! I am miserable. I am up every hour tossing turning trying to get comfortable. I am exhausted! I feel emotionally, mentally and physically drained. I'm 37 wks and nervous I am not going to have the energy if I go into labor b/c I am not sleeping well.

I went through bouts of insomnia from wks 12-20 or so. I'm happy to say it does go away. I'm 25 wks and finally sleeping through the night. I'm sure it will change though!
