insight on massapequa park

FH and I have been house hunting for a while, can anyone share with me their thoughts/experience with massapequa park? a home we are looking at is north of sunrise highway (almost near the southern state) and just west of carmans road... in massapequa SD. Not really familiar with this area (only really familiar with the south part of massapequa as I grew up in seaford) so if anyone could share with me their thoughts that would be appreciated!

I was looking in this area. It's a nice area. My only issue with it was the fact that all the streets in this area are straight, so it felt to me like every road seemed like a main road for cars to drive through.

Re: insight on massapequa park

we just bought a house in this area. So far we're really happy. Our block isn't a main cut through, so we have very little traffic, which is nice. At first i was concerned about being so close to Carmen's, but now I feel we're far enough away to not hear any of the traffic. Let me know if you have any other questions! I grew up in MP (south of merrick road, which we were not able to afford), so i know the area well. One of the best school districts around, so that lured us back to that area!

MY brother just bought a house there and I have tons of friends in the area. ITs a great community, taxes are reasonable. Schools are great, lots of parks, access to Tobay Beach. You are a town of oyster bay resident not hempstead..

I love the area lots of houses available
