Insideout Clothes!!

Is it just my kids or does everyone have to fix their kid's clothes when it's laundry time?!

I do the boy's wash separate, but that's only bc they have their own hamper in the closet so when it's full I do theirs together. I don't know how, but jeans, pants, PJ's are usually inside out. Socks too. So annoying. I'm not there when they get undressed for showers or change.
Just a small vent! Nothing major, but annoying when I do their laundry. LOL

so annoying! my almost 5yo daughter is great and fixing her clothing before putting it in the hamper...and thats probably bc i left it inside out once (washed it and put it back in her draw that way) and when she went to get dressed she wsa frustrated...so i told her if she doesnt want it that way she has to fix it before laundry (ive tried the same thing with DH and it does not work Chat Icon )
But ds (almost 4) doesn't care at all...underwear inside the inside out pants, socks crumbled up etc.

YUP!!!!! same here!!!! it adds extra time when i do their laundry and i can't stand it!! LOL I'm the one that gets them out the door in the mornings, AND does bath time/ shower at night. so i started to "train" them, but i get tired of reminding them!!!! LOL

HAHAHA 'm just bitter this whole week in general, since its been all 4 of us home, all day every day for the week break. Too cold to send them outside, no grandparents or other family close by to pawn them off on, friends are either still working or away or whatever. my husband is almost worse than they are!! HE just can't handle the constant noise (he grew up an only child) so its like i have to intervene when they "bother" him, too!! and NONE of them clean up after themselves!! HAHAHAHA oh AND i'm trying to get the house ready for the in laws to come on sunday. Tuesday can't come soon enough!!!

I would leave them inside out until after they're washed. I was recently reading labels on a bunch of new clothes I bought for DD and many said to wash inside out. Not sure if that's something new but maybe it helps the clothes stay nice longer?

My DD is 2 so one of us usually helps her get undressed (she has trouble with her shirts). I fix her clothes before they go in the hamper. DH does not. I don’t usually notice until I put it away and then I want to kill him. Takes 3 times as long. He offers to put it away when I get on him but I have a certain way of arranging everything and he’ll mess it up.

My DD usually leaves one pant leg inside out or one arm sleeve inside out. Sometimes I fix it before throwing it in the washer or I fix it when I’m folding.

Same. Also when it comes to my own laundry, I wash lots of things inside out on purpose.

Recently both of my kids have been taking their pants/underwear/socks off all as one piece and throwing it in to the hamper all together and inside out! Drives me nuts! Chat Icon Chat Icon

I think it's easier on the designs- the appliques and glitter or whatnot.

I always leave them inside out, too. Some things I intentionally turn inside out.

I purposley put my kids clothes inside out to wash. Actually almost all of our clothes are washed this way

I used to not fix them while folding them but I was sick of her my DH and DC complain about having the fix it always Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon so I *most* of the time fix it while folding.

YES! and like others said, some things should be washed inside out. except, my kid gets stains on his clothes so i have to turn them right side out, check / treat stains and then turn some shirts back inside out. ugh! but yeah, turning each darn sock back the right way is PAINFUL.
