Injured!
My workout consits of the P90X Lean Program. I had a day off on Wed and I decided to go for a run. I haven't run in months and did 2 miles. I woke up the next morning with a twinge/tingling pain up and down my right leg (the same leg of the knee that had patellar tendonitis) It hurt more in my calf esp when walking so I went home took some ibp. and iced the calf. Felt better. Woke up this morning and now I feel it in my back/hip area. I can't really even sit.
What the heck did I do?

Take time off!! As much as you need until you're 100% recovered.
I didn't take time off and hurt myself even more. I know its hard but take time off now so you don't hurt more later.
If its still bad in a few days I would see a doctor too. Although it sounds like you just overworked it.

I don't have experience with that..but if it continues to hurt see a doctor.
I've been sidelined from running for a month now. Its awful!
