Inguinal Hernia anyone?
My 14 month old son has an inguinal hernia, we spent all of Christmas Eve at Schnediers Children's Hospital. In the afternoon we went to change his diaper and his groin on the left side was bulging out the size of an egg. They were able to push it back in for the time being but since it was incarcerated they say within next couple of weeks he will require surgery since it could happen again To say the least we are really nervous about it but I was hoping one of you girls may have some experience with this. How is the recovery and would you recommend your doctor? Thanks

Re: Inguinal Hernia anyone?
Dr. Glick was THE best. My son had the exact same thing almost a year ago. The surgery was quick...it was more painful for me to watch them put my son out and when he was done, he was back on his feet within a day or two. He has a small scar now but he's as good as new. I highly recommend Dr. Glick though...amazing.
