Inground Pool Prices
Hey
If you've recently put in an in-ground pool or know someone who has. What might be the price range for an average size pool?
Also, second question, about how much $ did your taxes increase?
TIA!

Re: Inground Pool Prices
We are looking at it now... 20 by 40 all the bells and whistles ,vinyl is about $30 - $35k. Gunite is double. Also that does not include brock work. Taxes will def go up, and again for gunite they will be double the increase.

Re: Inground Pool Prices
Ours was in when we moved in but this is who installed it:
Name: J B Pool Service
Street: 1270 Lois Lane
Seaford, ny 11783-1726
Phone: (516) 221-0591
Not sure about the tax thing either! I'm basically no help but my pool is awesome!

Re: Inground Pool Prices
K thanks- fell in love with a house with a pool and a good price that was move in ready- with that combo, of course it is gone now and I really don't like any other houses :( We have time but still have to weigh out buying with the pool or spending $$$ to put one in
Thanks for some info!
