Infertility Diet - for men?
I'm reading the book Inconceivable which is excellent and I highly recommend it, the author talks about her fertility issues and she goes on the infertility diet and yoga, etc.
Anyway, I looked at the book the Infertility Diet, but it looks like it is more geared towards Female IF. Are there any books out there that give information on foods and diet that effect male fertility? THANKS!

The Infertility Cure by Randine Lewis..great book. Also you should look into acupuncture

I haven't read the book, but from my acupuncturist, I know that Red Bull and lots of coffee can effect sperm count. Once DH stopped iwth the Red Bull (1 or 2 a day), the count went from 50 million one month to 82 million 2 months later.

You know what, my DH was doing REd Bull daily and he recently had to stop (because he got kidney stones, which he's had before). Anyway, his recent SA analysis was so much better than the one from 8 months ago. i bet it's the Red Bull. Thanks.

OOOH thanks so much!!! I looked it up and it looks really interesting. I can't wait to pick it up this afternoon. 
ETA - Thanks also for the red bull suggestions but DH doesn't drink that and consumes very little caffine.

Good point about the caffeine..my DH is a smoker and a coffee drinker. He is trying to cut back and quit smoking but coffee is his saving grace!
