I think most hospitals offer them. I went to my hospitals website and they had all the classes that they offer listed.

I just got my certification card the other day!! My office offered it.
I signed up once for one at a fire house, but they cancelled it.

My DH and I took it at Good Sam. It was a great class. It was $50 per person and worth it.
