Inexpensive but good carseat

Can you recommend one? I need to buy two for my parents for when they babysit.

ETA: One of them has to be able to go rear facing for Derek.

Cosco Scerna (I think that is the spelling) my parents have it for C3 and it was $40. I believe it does NOT go rear facing, but I've been told I am wrong on hereChat Icon

As for the rear facing, we love our Comfortsport, it goes to 40lbs and 40inches, we got it when C3 was 10 months old and he is still comfy in it at almost 3! He will be longer than 40inches soon, but still...they are usually $79-99 depending on the fabric, etc

Big fan of the Comfortsport here. I got one for $50 on sale at Target, but I think the regular price there is under $80.
