Re: increasing nausea?

i just googled this and i think i answered my own question...

1. What causes nausea and vomiting during pregnancy?
No one knows for sure what causes nausea during pregnancy, but it's probably some combination of the many physical changes taking place in your body. Some possible causes include:
• Rapidly rising levels of the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) during early pregnancy. No one knows how hCG contributes to nausea, but the timing is right: Nausea tends to peak around the same time as levels of hCG.

2. "HCG rises progressively from conception. Levels double on the average, every 30.9 hours until values reach 6500 mIU/ml (6,500 IU/L) at approximately the eighth week after the last menstrual period (LMP). After that the rate of rise becomes individualized, peaking between the 60th and 70th day (9 to 10 weeks) LMP. HCG decreases slightly between the 12th and 16th week post LMP, and then remains constant until birth."

Re: increasing nausea?

I noticed I am more nausea! I am 8 weeks right now. That was interesting about how it peaks between 9 and 10 weeks.

When I feel nausea I just try to remind myself that they say it's a good thing! It helps me thru it!

Thanks for posting the info!
