Increasing CM
Sorry to intrude ladies, but I thought maybe some of you might have some ideas on this
I just read somewhere that there are things you can do to increase CM...like drink green tea. Any others?
Also, is there anything a guy can take to help him?"

I think that helps move the sperm along....though I could be wrong.

CM is what helps to keep sperm alive if you BD before you O it could be very helpful
