Please tell me we aren't the only family that bailed out of parks because kids wanted hotel pool!!

I can definitely see that. While I didn't go to the fancy theme parks, when 20 mo. DC and I went to Dutch Wonderland, all he wanted was to splash around in the sprayground all day!
I guess it depends on how old they are too.

Yes both trips - to disney and DW, DD wanted to hang out at the pool and that is her fondest memory of both places - the pool
