In a rut....
Any advice would help...
I have been going to the gym @ 3 times a week....but having just quit smoking @ 3 weeks ago  --I am finding it hard to shed any lbs...
I have been *trying* to eat healthy....but with the holidays and everything 
I am thinking of biting the bullet and joining WW already!
Thoughts?
I would like to lose @ 15 pds...

I would say join WW..they really give you the tools you need not just for the 15 lbs, but for your life...join the club, sister! :)

Thanks mama! Went this AM and joined,,,wheb they weighed me in I was   ...but at least it gave me the UMPF to get it started!

Good for you!! I hope you find a meeting you like-I find that CRUCIAL! I've gone to a few leaders..haha...but there are 3 that I can think of that are great..best of everything!!

Thanks again! The one I went to today I was just ehhh about  but I would not normally be able to make that meeting anyway..so I plan to try another leader next week
