Implantation Question
This is a follow up to my question a few days ago that I posted on the TTC board.....DH and I are not "actively trying" to get pregnant as I have a 14 month old, but we're also not preventing it from happening either...For the life of me I cannot remember seeing any implantation bleeding when I was pregnant the first time. However, I am 5 DPO and yesterday started getting some spotting. Today it is slightly more but MUCH lighter then a normal period. It would only be 13 days between my last cycle and this time, so that would be way too short to be counted as AF. I did take a few (yes a FEW! lol ) pregnancy tests (Dollar Store brand) and they came up negative which is what I expected.
Can the implantation bleeding last more than a day and be heavier then just a little wipe on the TP but lighter then AF?

Implantation Question
Crashing but I thought I would respond because I swore every month for 11 months that I was having implantation bleeding. I looked up the same info every single time and asked lots of questions here. From what I have read 5DO is a little on the early side and it usually doesn't last for longer than a day or two. I never wanted to believe any of that when I read it, I always felt that I was the exception (because there are plenty of those too) but I never was.

Implantation Question
I used an ovulation kit and got a double line on the stick for 2 days in a row. We "did the deed" on the 2nd day of getting a line.

That sounds like "trying" to me 
I had no implantation bleeding either time I got pg. Before getting pg with DD, I would have some light spotting midway through my LP. It was actually a sign that AF was on her way.

The ovulation kit was something my OB asked me to do for other purposes (not conception) which I won't go into now....(too long and complicated). DH and I just happened to be intimate on that as well as others which is why I said sort of "trying". I could see how that could make it seem that way. I think at this point I'm going to chalk this up to either AF came VERY early or I may be having an early miscarriage :( Either way it's not my time for another baby. Fingers crossed that when we do start trying we don't go through this!

before u think miscarriage or af it could be some mid cycle spotting
did u dtd right before? do u have a history of cysts?
at 5dpo implantation has prob not even happened so no cause for miscarriage

5dpo is WAY too early for a miscarriage. The embryo wouldn't even have implanted yet, so you couldn't be miscarrying already.
