Im thinking today will be my first day out ...
I havent been out of the house really since feb. 11th when i went to preadmission testing then ended up having my DS. Im going nuts emotionally and i think im gonna take your advice and go out for a few. Im prolly only gonna go fax something at the store but hey its a start. I am starting to feel very frustrated and crying more and more. Is this normal.. its starting to worry me.

Totally NORMAL!!! I was the exact way for a few weeks after having DS...on an emotional rollercoaster!! It's probably just your hormones...don't worry too much about it. Getting out of the house for a few minutes at a time will do you a world of good!! Have fun!!Fresh air cures many things!!!

Except for a few pediatrician appointments, I don't think I really left the house until my 6 week pp appointment. It was a nice day and I instantly felt better getting some fresh air and being out of the house. I started going out more when DS was about 7 weeks. I love getting out of the house. Enjoy.

It is normal but getting out will help. Sunlight is a mood alterer so hopefully this weekend you can go out and catch a few rays of sunlight. It is supposed to be beautiful...maybe an opportunity for a nice walk.

totally normal!!! I cried a lot when Kaydyn was first born. I had cabin fever and was out of the house with her as soon as my doc said I could drive (2 weeks after my c-section). I would have gone insane being in the house any longer.
