Awww! Feel better D!  My doctor gave me a list of medications that are OK to take...I know regular Sudafed was on there, and I *think* Tylenol...Do you have a fever?
Otherwise, lots of liquids! Maybe try sucking on lemon drops or hard candy to help your throat?

Throat drops that are free from Zinc or Echinacea.
FYI there is a bad infection going around. If it does not go away I'd make an appointment with your GP to make sure you do not need meds.

Thanks ladies I have been drinking alot of hot fluids! Steam baths salt water rinse net pot etc. I go to the Gyn today for my second appointment I will talk with her.

there is a SPECTACULAR medicine out there called Tylenol Sore Throat - speak to your OB - see if you can take it. i SWEAR by it - when not pg that is...
as long as it's not a sore throat that will require antibiotics - it'll take care of it RIGHT away!!
ETA: Tylenol Sore Throat is a LIQUID medicine...

take it easy, take tylenol, plenty of liquids (ie OJ) and rest. Also, have some hot chicken soup!

My OB yesterday said if I get sick ( my DD was just sick and DH got really sick yesterday) I could take- tylenol, Robutussin (plain only) if I get a cough, benedryl if I get cold symptoms.
For a sore throat I would just take some tylenol, gargle, to help the sore throat - some cold drinks, ices that sort of thing, plenty of fluids and rest.
Feel better!!!
