I'm so friggin fustrated

Yesterday DH and I went to the RE for his SA results and everything is fine. So he prescribed me about 10 different meds and they were going to call to see if they are covered by my plan. I called the RE office and they said no I wasn't covered for any of them. They faxed over what meds that were being prescribed. I called my health plan and explained the situation and I wanted to know why they weren't covered, since I was told that they were. The woman said that since they were injectables they were considered a medical benefit and she gave me a # to call which deals with infertility. I must've called at least 10 times and that friggin phone is busy

I've just about had it!!! I feel like screaming!!!!!!!!!! I hate my insurance carrier so friggin much!!!!! DH's enrollment period is this month and I told him to get off of his arse and get the paper work and find out the deadline to enroll with GHI. I'm just really frustrated with this whole thing.
