Im so confused....

So, DH and I are getting along great now. We are seeking help. We are in the process of selling our house. We want to get in a newer and bigger house. We have an offer on our house, but we put a bid on a house that is short sale. The people who put a bid on, are willing to wait till june for us to move out, which relieves stress of finding something (hoping this short sale goes through).
Just sad, because I LOVE my backyard. We have an acre, and built a beatiful pond. It is hwere the boys grew up and know. I guess Im just scared....we are living great, and people think we are crazy, because we only have 5 more years on our mortgage, but would love a bigger house . Maybe Im just scared of change, and worried about my son Chris. He has Autism, and will he understand that we are not going to be living in our house no longer. Part of me just wants to stay where we are, part of me says go for it.

Thanks for reading.....just dont know what to do, because the buyers are getting impatient because we havent accepted the offer just yet. I was surprised because it was only up for 2 weeks and dont know if we will get another offer again.

This is many of the exact reasons why I doubled the size of my house, instead of moving. I like where we are, I like our SD, I like our neighbors. I just didn't like the size of the house. Now, we have more room, and we still kept everything we liked about where we live.
