Im so angry i could just spit!!!!!!!!
Move this to the home board or the career board if you want but i have to vent!!!
2 weeks ago i get an offer on a house and present it to the listing agent. the offer wasnt strong and thought they could buy a $500k house with $0 down AND try to finance their closing costs! doesnt happen! but i worked with it. the seller counters.
bringing me to today! they FINALLY give me a counter offer after numerous messages, emails, phone calls and them never getting back to me. so i call the other agent and they already have an accepted offer on the house and the contracts are being signed today!
i go back to them and tell them sorry and give them the details. they in turn call the other agent to yell at him and tell him that it was MY fault and that i must not have been conveying their interest. hellooooooo! i called him every other day to see what was up and when he last called me i told him i had not heard back from you!!!! crazy beyotches!!!!!! the other agent was nice enough to call me and tell me that these nutjobs are trying to blame this on me!
so i sent them an email stating that i dont appreciate them trying to blame this on me and trying to hurt my reputation within my industry. then i wished them best of luck in their search and advised them to find another agent.
kiss my azz!!!!!

because they want their new offer to be taken. but meanwhile, the accepted offer has 50% to put down and not asking for any changes made to the house! which would you take as a seller? hmmm, the one that wants to finance their closing costs and put no money down and is toying with you...OR the offer with 50% down no strings attached? let me think about that one...

I guess at this point, just be glad to be rid of them. It was nice that the other realtor gave you the courtesy of giving you a phone call to let you know about it - before they did this to the next listing agent.
