OMG I have a terrible cough and I did the same thing the other day..... a few times! Couldn't believe it.

I had bronchitis about 2 weeks ago (mildly luckily) and since then every time I cough or sneeze I pee myself a little  I've been wearing Poise pads so that I don't have to keep changing

i feel your pain....i was sick all last week and peed myself a few times while having sneezing fits Feel better soon
