I'm piercing my DD ears Friday!!! ALL DONE!
She is going for her 4 month check up and shots. Am I terrible for piercing her ears too??????

i did both my girls ears the same day as there first round of shots. My oldest DD was 6 weeks and my youngest DD was 2 1/2 months old. They cried for about 1 minute until I fed them and it was over. They never cried or even flinched during cleanings and they are now 2 and 3 years old and have never had a problem...so no, I don't think its bad to do that day.

I got DD's done when she was 3 months and got shots that same day...so I would say no...you are not terrible. Good luck!

no not at all my Dr office doesn't do it until they are at least 6 months old

Well Mommy made it through!! All went well, drops, ear piercing and shots! She was a trooper. The part she didn't like the most was being held down not the actual piercing or shot.
