yes, you can have m/s already. Dont let your stomach get empty. Dont eat spicy food. Try sea bands, ginger, lemons. Feel better

Mine started around then....got BAD at 7 weeks and still around at 16 weeks, 2 days.
Zofran is my best friend.

Its a prescription. I was so sick that I couldn't even keep water down. My doctor prescribed it to me and it is really the only thing that makes me feel better. I am sort of upset that I am still taking it this late in the game, but some women take it through their whole pregnancy.
Over the counter, I would try Ginger flavored things as well just very plain things. Good luck! I am sure yours won't be as bad as mine.

Mine began at 6 wks, got really bad by wk 7 - same as another woman posted here - I couldnt even keep water down, and yes - Zofran became my best friend as well - NOTHING else worked - I tried everything...
I'm at almost 21 weeks, and its much better - I tried to stop Zofran at 12 wks, and couldnt do it, and then at 16 wks - couldnt do it - it finally got a bit better at about wk 18 - but even still - the other day, I puked while eating breakfast.... I no longer take Zofran, but the M/S still comes....
BTW ladies - I thought she meant M/C too - I think we always get nervous on here!!!
