Oooo, good luck with the prune juice, i couldn't get that stuff down.
If you can't get it down, try to eat some dried fruit like apricots, cut back on breads, up the veggies and water, with the colace you'll be empty before you know it.
I take colace too, that stuff is my life and butt savior

Honestly. I was gonna tell you NOT to do this. I have tried every brand and honestly the Colace works better and is sooo worth the extra money. Yes, its expensive, but yes it works.

I take the no frills brand and have taken name brand Colace. They work exactly the same for me. It saves me a ton of money.
I get 100 pills from walmart for 3 bucks, comparitively to 15 bucks for the same thing.

I also take a dose of benefiber every am in my tea, that combo def keeps you going every am around the same time.

Colace if you are backed up can take up to 72 hours to have a BM, just don't take the one with the laxatives in it if you are pg
I take mine at night before bed, seems to work the best that way for me, they are gel like pills.
You do it when you are backed up and want to feel normal again, or like me, I battle fissures down there from teh birth of my DD, and i have to keep everything soft and regular otherwise i am seeing stars.
