I'm on a rolll...
A friend of mine is 3 months pg. At her last appt. she was given a pic of the sonogram, in the picture next to the baby was a circle (kind of looked like a bubble). Her OB told her that circle was a good sign of a very healthy baby and pregnancy.
I never heard of such a thing. Has anyone else?

Is the "bubble" maybe the yolk sac? That's all I can think of that would be in there aside from the baby. Hmmmm......interesting.

It is the yolk sac. I had one too. This was my 7 week sono. The little circle is the yolk sac:
12 weeks - still there:

Oh I didn't know that either. But I had the sac still on my last sono, so I guess thats a good thing!
