I'm Mortified!
Just got a bloody nose at work! My first ever... had to ask my boss what to do! Was locked in the bathroom for like 20 mins and now I'm sitting here shoving tissues in my face because it won't really stop... but it's not as bad as it was! Just spots, but still! How gross am I right now.... I am so emabarrassed!

I get them in my office all the time. Its dry and warm in there and I am prone to nosebleeds b/c of my blood pressure medicine.
I know how you feel...it is embarrassing to be talking to someone and all of a sudden out of nowhere, you feel a little trickle

most likely from the dryness and heat.......try a nasal saline spray to moisturize at work!

that happened to me while teaching a few times... i actually found it easiest to take a tampon, cut it in half and stick it up my nose- i looked silly and the kids laughed at me at first, but they understood and it was a lot easier then tissues...
